Important Notice on Fraudulent Communications and Misuse of Best Pick General Trading LLC and/or Best Pick Energy’s Name, Logo, and Goodwill.
It has come to our attention that the name, logo, goodwill, and historical project references of Best Pick General Trading LLC and/or Best Pick Energy (BP) are being misused by unauthorised individuals, including certain former employees, for purposes including—but not limited to—diverting business, misrepresenting affiliations, and soliciting clients under false pretenses.
These individuals may be contacting current or prospective clients of BP while falsely claiming an ongoing association with the company or misappropriating BP’s past project records, proposals, and documentation in order to secure commercial opportunities for themselves or for affiliated third parties.
Best Pick General Trading LLC and/or Best Pick Energy (BP):
Does not authorise any former employee, officer, or representative to act on behalf of BP or use its name, goodwill, or commercial credentials for any reason.
Will pursue legal action against any individual or entity engaging in unauthorised use of its name, logo, intellectual property, or historical references, including breaches of confidentiality and non-compete obligations.
Maintains exclusive control over all commercial engagements, client communications, and contractual negotiations through its authorised personnel only.
Examples of Misuse Include (but are not limited to):
Referencing past BP projects to solicit business for a separate or competing entity.
Impersonating current affiliation with BP after resignation or termination.
Using BP’s company documents, templates, case studies, or proposals without express written permission.
Causing confusion regarding BP’s brand identity, partnerships, or corporate structure.
Important Guidance for Clients and Partners
- Authentic communications from BP are issued only through official email domains: @bp.ae and/or @bestpick.ae
- All commercial engagements must be verified with currently employed and authorised representatives of the company.
- If you receive any communication from an individual claiming to represent BP without verification, or suspect fraudulent activity, please report it immediately.
